# Làm thế nào khi tài khoản không đồng bộ tiến độ học tập?

Trong một số trường hợp, tiến trình học tập chưa được đồng bộ kịp thời. Khi đó, quản trị viên hoặc người học có thể sử dụng hai công cụ dưới đây để chủ động đồng bộ dữ liệu.

#### 1. **Dành cho quản trị viên:** 

* **Bước 1:** Truy cập các màn hình báo học tập tại tính năng LMS.
* **Bước 2:** Thực hiện click profile nhân sự muốn đồng bộ.
